Support

Help that stays close to the product.

ReReview is intentionally lightweight. If something feels off, the fastest path is to send the creator page, the YouTube page, or the extension screen so we can verify it against the live evidence.

Creator pages

Share the creator URL, the receipt ID or quote that looks wrong, and a short note about the correction.

Extension issues

Include the YouTube URL, Chrome version, and a screenshot if the trust chip or hover card is missing.

Store or policy questions

Use the public contact links below and mention that it relates to the Chrome extension review.

Public contact channels

These are the best ways to reach the team today. For quick help, use the public channel that fits your issue and include enough context for us to reproduce it cleanly.

What to include

  • 1. The creator page or YouTube page URL.
  • 2. The exact receipt, claim, or UI element you want us to inspect.
  • 3. A screenshot if the issue is visual or browser-specific.
  • 4. Your Chrome version if the extension behaves differently from the site.

Policy and corrections

If your request is about a trust score, a receipt, or a creator page correction, start with the Editorial Policy and the Methodology. Those pages explain how we decide what gets changed.

Extension guidance

The ReReview Chrome extension currently focuses on YouTube watch pages and channel pages. If the trust chip is missing, the page type, channel URL, and browser version are usually enough for us to diagnose the issue quickly.
